The legal basis for the treatment

Spendrups International uses the consent tool “consentmanager” (www.consentmanager.net) from Consentmanager AB (Håltegelvägen 1b, 72348 Västerås, Sweden, info@consentmanager.net) to obtain your consent regarding the treatment. With the help of consentmanager, you have the opportunity to either consent to the use of cookies for all purposes or consent to cookies for only certain purposes such as analysis and function purposes and marketing.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data consists of your consent and is stated in Article 6 (1) (c), (3) (a) and 7.1 of the GDPR. We are responsible for personal data for this processing and consentmanager is our personal data assistant. Consentmanager assists us in fulfilling our legal obligations under the GDPR, for example our obligation to be able to show that you have given your consent to the processing.

Your consent is valid for two years from the time you make your choice. After two years, you will receive a new request for consent. Your information is stored while the consent is valid. You can change the settings or revoke your consent at any time by clicking the settings button in the lower left corner of the website.

With regard to cookies that are necessary for our websites to function, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate interest in ensuring that our websites function satisfactorily. Read more about this in Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR.
